Shipping & Returns
- RM 6.00 flat rate postage for all orders below RM 60.00
- FREE SHIPPING for all orders of RM 60.00 and above.
- We use Poslaju for all deliveries within Malaysia.
- We deliver worldwide too! For international rates & delivery, kindly enquire within at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All items will be processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation & will be sent out using PosLaju. Kindly note our delivery days are on every Monday, Wednesday & Friday of the week. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been sent out.
- You will expect to receive your items within 1-2 working days after your parcel has been sent out.
- We practise a 14-day return policy for all items, except for Sale and Best Buy items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it – tag intact, unworn and unwashed. It must also be packed nicely in the original packaging. The management reserves full rights to decline the returns if these conditions are not strictly met.
- The buyer will bear the cost of shipping back the items to us. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that go missing in the post or did not reach us during the 7-day return period.
- Kindly allow 2-3 days to process the returns once we have received your items. Once processed you will receive an email & store credit value equivalent to your purchase price.
- You can use your store credit to purchase other available items at Puppenfee & Co.. Kindly note your store credit value will be available to use for 3 months. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an extension once your store credit has expired.
- Send us an email at email@example.com with the subject “RETURN CLOTHING” if you need to return your items & we will be glad to assist you.
- At this present time, we do not practice an exchange policy.
- If you need to exchange your items for different styles/sizing/colour, kindly go through the return policy steps, obtain a store credit and select a new item to purchase.
- At this present time, we do not practice a refund policy. All items can only be returned for store credit. Please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org should you require any assistance.
